This paper based on the needs of basic and applied experimental to the aerospace W-type seal ring, studied the performance testing content and testing method of W-type seal ring. According to the content of test-bed trial, the trends in process automation, computer control, intelligent control and modern integration technology,selected test protocols and ways of measuring and control system, developed a comprehensive set of test software. Realized automatic processing of measured data after measuring and controlling process, test data is saved automatically, alerting automatically and so on.Major work of this paper includes, analysis of the program elements of control system, the hardware configuration of system and each subsystem function module in detail, completed program design of the overall test system, test-bed electrical system and program engineering design of each subsystem, selected the type of hardware and equipment to the measuring and control system.Completed design and analysis of test software, software architecture and software brochures to the measuring and control system, developed test control software using C ++, based on the ‘easily control’ engineering software developed PC test software interface, the interface is consisted by the main interface and various subsystems interface, the interface area is divided into: control area, the surveillance area, alarm zone, system has intuitive data display, important parameters are automatically saved, convenient and reliable operation, real-time display of critical test parameter and data charts.Parallelism of upper and lower platen calibration solution is designed, it is used to monitor the degree of non-parallel plate. Completed protocol from subsystems to control system, achieved mutual communication between different devices.Completed the design of electrical schematics, amplifier schematics, digital to analog circuit schematics, the displacement distortion calibration, system integration and commissioning. The system not only improves the measurement accuracy, control precision, reliability of test bench, and can achieve difficult test content in various conditions that the human inconvenient or unable, a obvious improvement in test efficiency, there are important applications in the scientific research institutions and manufacturers of aerospace engine and related fields.
