As a common power actuato,hydraulic power machinery is widely used in construction machinery,hydraulic support and single hydraulic prop are supporting equipment for working face,all actuators in the hydraulic support are hydraulic cylinders,use hydraulic cylinders to realize the functions of suppor,push and slide,frame shif,help,top and side protection.The working performance of hydraulic power machinery will directly affect the service life and working performance of mechanical equipment.Introducing power machinery into the downhole operation of oil fields can realize the function of providing protection for oil and gas layers in a true sense.This paper designs a position monitoring system for sealing device based on PLC control,due to the introduction of automatic monitoring devices in the system,the system has significantly improved the accuracy of displacement measurement,which can achieve accurate sealing and meet the design requirements.At the same time,the introduction of PLC can realize the operation of automatically unsealing as required after the end of the pressure operation,which solves the problems that the traditional mechanical sealing device may have midway sealing,wrong sealing,and automatic sealing after the sealing operation.The design of the safety protection device in the system greatly improves the safety and reliability during the operation of the system.The design of the position monitoring system includes the structural design of the mechanical part(packaging device)and the design of the automatic control part of the position monitoring.The structural design of the mechanical part first refers to the design theory principles of the traditional packer,and on the basis of these theories,the mechanical analysis and strength check of the key parts of the sealing device are carried out using the knowledge of elastic mechanics,material mechanics and other disciplines.Secondly,use Soild Works software for modeling according to the parameters obtained in the calculation,according to the actual working conditions of the containment device and the system safety protection device,Use ANSYS finite element analysis software to analyze the stress and strength of the rubber cylinder,slips and working chamber and other important parts under actual working conditions to ensure the safety and reliability of the packer in operation.The design of the position monitoring automatic control part,including the design of displacement sensor(selection of displacement sensor,arrangement of distribution points,signal acquisition,error estimation),the design of programmable controller part(working environment requirements,selection and adoption).In this paper,the packing device has been optimized for structure and automatic control design.Based on theoretical analysis,a PLC-based high-pressure sealing device displacement monitoring system is designed,which greatly improves the operation efficiency and ensures the safety and operation of the reliability.
