| Because of our company DZ series vacuum packing machine has been used for many years in the industry,and frequent fault,to be replaced,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of packaging operations,we are in the vacuum packaging equipment at home and abroad were reviewed to evaluate and compare,The company decided to use the existing force to develop in line with the actual requirements of the company packaging equipment,the equipment will be the follow-up process integration is an important location,need in special attention and promotion.In view of this,this paper puts forward the idea of developing equipment,which will change the current multi-person machine into one-person machine,reduce the difficulty and strength of the operation,so as to play an important supporting role in realizing the productivity of the outer packaging and reducing the operation cost.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the sealing equipment of aluminum foil bag for medical products.According to the quality standard of packaging seal inspection,the overall scheme of the equipment is put forward.Refer to the existing mechanical structure,the SOLIDWORKS software is used to model each component in the mechanical system,and the assembly and connection positioning mode of each component is determined.Determine action requirements according to product packaging process,the electrical control system is designed.Using TD400 C and Siemens S7-200 as the core of the entire control unit,and the sensor,vacuum pump and electric cylinder are used to assist the mechanical mechanism to realize the automation of the whole machine,which is to achieve the efficient and continuous automation of the machine.The whole machine is made to verify the sealing quality and operating efficiency of the aluminum foil bag through experiments,so as to ensure that the actual sealing effect meets the standard requirements of medical packaging. |
