Concrete is one of the most widely used building materials in the world today, widely used in industry, agriculture, water conservancy, transportation,, municipal, civil, and defense infrastructure construction projects, and occupies a very important position in the national economy. The hydraulic concrete is the most important and basic building materials of the large-scale water conservancy and hydropower project. With the country in the next decade strong support and investment in water conservancy construction, China’s water conservancy construction will start the unprecedented pace of development, and ultimately to stimulate and promote the rapid development of related engineering equipment.The production process of concrete mixing as one of the key working procedure, its quality will directly affect the quality and level of the production of concrete. Large self-falling mixer because of its simple and compact structure, stable and reliable operation, small abrasion, member of overload capacity, mixing performance, small noise, low energy consumption, convenient maintenance, and has good social and economic benefits and other advantages is widely used in domestic and foreign large-scale water conservancy and Hydropower project. Due to the special requirements of hydraulic concrete, which determined the mixing process has the variety and complexity, so it has been for self-falling mixer design parameters mainly depend on extensive empirical data and the empirical formula, the lack of a reliable theoretical support. This determines the product in improving the optimization and similar new product developed aspects there must be a long life cycle, the high cost and the effect is not perfect.This article in view of the JF3000type self-falling mixer working principle was expounded, and the main technical parameters are analyzed.First of all, this paper summarizes the concrete and hydraulic concrete composition and characteristics, and detailed analysis of the state of the concrete mixing process, made clear the mixing of concrete quality and efficiency of the important influence, and emphasizes the significance of mixer parameters; Second, the application of Lagrange multiplier method with a long tube diameter obtained relationship, discussed in the various parameters under the influence of the value, and concluded that the materials needed at least the blender cylinder geometry size optimization solution; Using CATIA3d modeling, find mixer cylinder and the center of gravity of the material in the cylinder position, the final over the best out of the mixer pivot location; To make the material has reasonable trajectory and to achieve the best effect for throwing principle, to stir in different locations of the material in the cylinder statics application are analyzed and roller rotary speed of the reasonable value, mixing efficiency and mixing effect that to achieve the best state;Third, in the actual project feedback component problems, the use of ANSYS to carry on the static analysis, find the cause of the problem, as the component improvement design reference.This article through the analysis of the above problems, get the reasonable design parameters, for equipment to improve the optimization and similar products developed to provide the theoretical reference and technical support.
