At present,the stable soil continuous mixing equipment unit is widely used in China road construction.Stable soil continuous mixer as the core component of mixing equipment unit,directly determines mixing quality and mixing efficiency of materials.As the mixing process involves Mechanical Engineering,Materialogy,Fluid Mechanics and other disciplines,resulting from a single point of viewing the mixing device and the mixture can not be convincing results.Therefore,the mixing parameters of mixing process have not been quantified so far.In this paper,the mixing parameters of 600t/h stabable soil continuous mixer are studied and analyzed in detail and two kinds of mixing schemes are put forward.In this paper,the parameters of the mixing equipment are analyzed theoretically,which provides the theoretical basis for the shortcomings of the original 600 t / h stabilized soil continuous mixer.On the basis of the above,the effects of mixing ratio such as the aspect ratio of stirring pan,the installation angle of stirring blade and the stirring speed on the mixing quality of stable soil mixture were studied,and the reasonable value and matching of each parameter were determined.The mixing parameters were integrated into one,in order to increase the stirring frequency,increase the stirring intensity,prolong the stirring time and realize the homogeneity of the stable soil mixture.A new solution for mixing the blade is proposed.Inspired by Bokan mixer,proposing a program with mading of uniaxial phase angle of 90°,biaxial phase difference of 90° stirring blade anti-parallel single-mounted installation with uniaxial phase angle of 120°,biaxial phase difference of 60° stirring blade anti-staggered single-mounted installation.Compared with the mixing of the mixing blades,it can be seen that the alternating propulsion of the arms of single arrangement is reasonable as compared with the arms of paired arrangement,which is beneficial to the mixing quality of the mixture.Using EDEM Discrete Element Software analyze different schemes to get the better one.It can be seen from the simulation results that the mixing quality of the mixture can be improved by reasonably reducing the distance of the center,the installation of the "inverted trapezoidal" mixing blade and the installation angle of the mixing blade.
