This article,in view of these influencing factors, carries on the risk management technology of the Shanghai subway9-2engineering projects to conduct the research, in which, many ways and methods were integrated used, such as the investigation and study, the theoretical analysis, the Scene checkup, and many technology and the methods of the subway engineering construction were involved, fully unifying the project’s actual situation, in order to avoiding, melting, transferring risk and sharing or reducing the risk loss, providing the powerful safeguard for safe, fast, high quality of the engineering project and providing reliably models and experiences for the similar engineering construction.Based on risk management theoretical analysis, Shanghai subway9-2project risks mainly includes highly, moderate and general three rank risks, altogether34items (time) material risk source, forgiving majority of risk factor and risk source in this kind of engineering project construction, in order to laying the solid foundation for following mechanical control measure research.
