| Giving priority to the development of urban public transit, building economical and environmentally friendly transport system, is the general consensus at home and abroad. In the big cities, urban rail transit has become an effective measure to solve the traffic problems for its advantages in large capacity, timely and efficient, safe and comfortable, environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. It can improve the supply capacity and efficiency of public transitt, and provide tremendous support to ease the contradiction of traffic supply and demand. However, because of its limitations, if rail transit want to give full play to the role of backbone traffic, it has to connect other modes of public transit, especially the conventional bus, which is the main body of public transit. At the same time, as the two main forms of public transit, rail transit and conventional bus have their different advantages and disadvantages and cannot be replaced by each other. Both rail transit and conventional bus cooperate with each other closely can result in a common progress, thus improve the operational efficiency and service quality of the public transport system, and then realize the sustainable development of the public transit. Therefore, coordination development of rail transitt and conventional bus has become a objective requirement for the development of the city.This paper first makes a summary on the theory and practice study of coordination development of rail transit and conventional bus in domestic and abroad, on this basis, it analyzes the composition of the urban public transport modes, emphatically analyses the technical and economic characters and the function of rail transit and conventional bus, expounds the role and connotations of of both the coordinated development, puts forward the planning principle of the urban rail transit and conventional bus.In the research on the station, the coordinated planning principles of urban rail transit and conventional bus station are proposed, rail transit stations are classified, and the connection mode of rail transit and conventional bus are analyzed. Further more, on the basis of analyzing the necessity and influence factors of the reasonable establishment of urban rail transit station spacing, an optimum station spacing model with the goal of the passenger’s total traffic time minimum is established, besides the station spacing of rail transit and bus is established.In the research on the network, public transit network planning includes existed line net adjustment and added line net optimization. On the basis of determining the rail transit influence scope, optimization adjustment measures are proposed in the existed line net, which realize rail transit and conventional bus network coordinated cohesion. Afterwards, the method for feeder bus route planning is developed. And a reasonable feeder bus scope model is established. Also the model of the feeder bus network optimization is established, base on the aim of max feeder effect. Subsequently, in accordance with the principle of the selection of evaluation, the evaluation index system which evaluates the eoordinatlon between rail transit and conventional bus is studied. Next, according to the theory of extension, we use the matter_element model for comprehensive evaluation.Finally, this paper take changchun economic and technology development zone in rail transit and conventional bus coordinated plan as an example, then the article’s core models are applied to the case, compared the before and after planning the convergence results proved that the availability of the models. |
