urbanization,and promoting the development of rural urbanization.With the rapid development of the economy and the integration of urban and rural integration,the population flow of urban and rural areas is more and more frequent,and the population growth of urban and rural areas is growing faster and faster.The increasing number of private cars,the increase of the number of vehicles leads to traffic congestion,environmental pollution and other problems become increasingly prominent.Therefore,our country vigorously develop and implement the “transit priority” development strategy,in order to alleviate and improve urban traffic congestion,environmental pollution and other problems.At the same time,the strategy can effectively improve the environment of urban public transport system and meet the increasing demand for traffic.In the urban public transport system,Bus and Rail are the main passenger transport systems.However,the Bus generally has such defects as small transport capacity,poor ride comfort and low speed.The Bus can’t adapt to people’s travel requirements under the new situation.However,the Rail has become the main transportation vehicle to solve traffic problems in many cities at home and abroad due to its advantages of large volume,fast speed,safety,reliability,punctuality,energy saving and environmental protection.Usually,there is the relationship of cooperation and competition between them,how to promote the cooperation and complementarity of them brought the whole service level of public transportation systems and operational efficiency,improve the coordinated development between them is the development of city public traffic system priority among priorities.Therefore,to improve the Rail and the Bus system coordinated development system is the solution and effective way of city traffic congestion,but also reduce the way of environmental pollution in the city,at the same time can bring the comprehensive income for the development of the city,and thus achieve the residents travel convenience.The Rail and the Bus collaborative development content more widely,the data is very large,is a very complex system,and based on the operation of the Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 as the background,the main research of the Rail and the Bus transfer collaborative development,launches the research from the synergy between theory and transfer method,passenger flow forecast,their transfer process operation coordination method and example verification and so on several aspects,the research results are as follows:(1)In order to improve the cooperation and complementarity between the Rail and the Bus,the basic theory and transfer coordination process of them studies are summarized in detail,and a reasonable transfer collaborative development method is determined.(2)In order to make the city rail transportation and conventional public transit coordination reasonable capacity matching and operation scheduling,the whole network traffic has made the corresponding analysis,while the Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 is not put into operation,therefore,the passenger flow cannot use historical data,therefore,the transfer passenger flow theory is adopted to get the passenger flow along the rail transit line,and then the ARIMA model and the BP neural network model are used.and combine the two kinds of prediction model to forecast city rail transportation and conventional public transit passenger flow,and establish the whole network traffic fuzzy neural network prediction model.Based on the forecast model of the whole network and the passenger flow,a multi-level and multi-model passenger flow forecasting model of "region + urban" is set up.(3)In the transfer process between the Rail and the Bus,the time delay to make the rail transit and conventional public traffic coordination design and reduce the second person transfer,you need to transfer from the two integral operation management through scientific and reasonable and effective organization of the whole network city public traffic vehicle operation,in view of this and the bi-level planning theory is used is used to establish a two-layer model based on scheduling the completion of operation system of two kinds of city public transportation through solving collaborative operation between the two.(4)The collaborative development method analyzes an example of the Rail and the bus proposed on this paper,investigation and analysis of statistical data of Lanzhou city public transportation line,on this basis,according to the relevant data model,and the model parameters in accordance with the Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 and the Bus data set and the model is solved.The result is shown that the Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 and six bus lines system operating costs increased by 4.3%,the fare increase 2.01%,the waiting cost decreased 4.34%,transfer cost decreased 16.93%,the total cost is reduced by 7.81%,therefore,the collaborative effect equivalent to the cost of the system of internal transfer,but the total cost is co was decreased,which also showed that reducing the total cost of passenger car value is higher than the value of increased operating costs.The validity of the proposed method is verified. |
