| Due to the rapidity and punctuality of urban rail transit,urban managers have reduced the traffic pressure by building rail transit.However,urban rail transit has the disadvantages of fewer lines,lower coverage,high construction cost,etc.,so it can only become the skeleton of urban public transport,and the capillaries transported to each urban area also need to be completed with the help of other means of transportation such as conventional public transport.In order to vigorously develop and construct rail transit,many cities have adjusted and optimized bus routes to match the operation of new rail lines.However,due to the rapid development of rail transit,the formation of its connection system is also gradually formed.There is still a large gap between the completion of stations and the formation of connection facilities,and the rail transit functions designed and built in advance.Therefore,there is still much room for improvement.It is very necessary to improve the evaluation of rail transit and conventional public transit transfer services before the improvement.In this context,through learning and using for reference the relevant theories of transfer services,this thesis carries out evaluation research on the transfer services of Shijiazhuang rail transit and conventional public transport,and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of transfer services based on the game-extension cloud model.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Build the evaluation index system of transfer between Shijiazhuang rail transit and conventional public transport.This thesis analyzes the influencing factors of transfer service between urban rail transit and conventional public transit from three aspects of transfer facilities,line network layout and operation coordination,and selects ten evaluation indicators from four aspects of convenience,comfort,efficiency and safety according to the principle of "complete,simple,precise and practical".(2)Based on game theory,AHP method and CRITIC method are combined and weighted.The subjective weight and objective weight of the evaluation index are determined by analytic hierarchy process and CRITIC method respectively,and the two weights are combined by game theory to obtain the Nash equilibrium combination coefficient,and finally the comprehensive weight is obtained.(3)Determine the comprehensive evaluation method based on extension cloud model.Combined with matter-element extension theory and cloud model,the digital characteristics of the evaluation index cloud and the certainty of the comprehensive evaluation grade are calculated according to the calculation rules of the extension cloud model,and the reliability factor is used to test the evaluation results to obtain the comprehensive evaluation grade of rail transit and bus transfer.(4)Investigate,collect and process the transfer related data of Shijiazhuang rail transit and conventional bus,evaluate its service,determine its transfer service level,and propose relevant countermeasures to improve its transfer level according to the evaluation results.Based on the game-extension cloud model,the evaluation research on the transfer service between Shijiazhuang rail transit and conventional public transport has not only improved the indicator system construction and evaluation method of public transport transfer service in theory,but also can understand the current situation of transfer between Shijiazhuang rail transit and conventional public transport more comprehensively in reality,so as to optimize and adjust pertinently and inject new vitality into Shijiazhuang public transport. |
