The Assessment Of Livable Human Settlements In Hangzhou

With the increasing improvement of the level of urbanization, livable residential environment construction attracts more and more attention. Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province and also an important national tourist city with the beautiful scenery, its Habitat level of environmental quality, has become a hot topic of concern among social people from all walks of life of Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province and Yangtze River Delta.Based on this background, the author not only consulted many urban construction theories in the world, but also summarize the status quo of research and existing problems in the field. This article take Hangzhou as an example, according to the region and the city characteristic selected 31 basic index which can accurately represent the urban development, constructed the human settlements construction quality synthetic evaluation system, carried on deep research to living environment of Hangzhou from three aspects of nature, society and economy. Firstly, the paper set forth the development process of theory and practice of domestic and international human settlements, combing the theoretical basis of the thesis. Secondly, build a new assessment system suitable for Hangzhou in this thesis and put forward main methods of research. Thirdly, introduce the basic situation in Hangzhou city, analyzing characteristics and influencing factors of Hangzhou’s Habitat environmental. 2001-2010 years correlation data of Hangzhou was collected and went deep to analyze from vertical. Served the 2 districts of Xiaoshan and Yuhang, the 3 county-level cities of Jiande, Fuyang and Lin’an, and the 2 counties of Tonglu and Chun’an 7 counties as examples which are evaluated synthetically. Finally, from horizontal and vertical evaluation of urban habitat environment in Hangzhou, find out weakness of Hangzhou’s living environment, and put forward city habitat environmental construction’s measure.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1) To establish a scientific, effective, and suitable living environment quality evaluation index system is the key point and of the urban living environment evaluation.(2) Determination of the index weight, in order to minimize the impact of human factors, the paper using Entropy Method to determine the weight of each evaluation index weight greater objectivity and the credibility of the higherdegrees.(3) Since 2001, Hangzhou living environment suitable for living standards is improving, this change improved significantly thanks to the level of economic development; livable level of the living environment of Hangzhou City, there is a big difference in jurisdiction and county (city), their development has been uneven. Co-ordinate the regional living environment livable building, narrow the gap, is the direction of future efforts.
