| The outdoor environment of the community is the other part of the residential area except the buildings.The green and livable outdoor environment of the residential area can not only provide benefits to the residents in their daily life,but also promote the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.Protecting the environment to be safe and convenient,comfortable and beautiful.Achieving emission peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060 is an important task in China’s 14 th Five-Year Plan.The green and livable development of the outdoor environment in the communities is the key task of urban renewal at this stage,and it is also an important task.One of the factors influencing whether to achieve the "two-carbon goal".However,there is currently insufficient research on the green and livable development of the outdoor environment of the communities,the construction and renovation of the communities under the background of urban renewal and "dual-carbon goals" is more concerned with individual buildings,such as adding elevator equipment to their interiors.As well as the renovation of building facades,compared to the above,the outside environment of the communities has the greatest potential to be transformed and improved in green and livable development.This paper takes the residential region within the second ring road in the central city of Xi’an as the research object,and does research about the features of the outdoor environment of the residential region,the problem identification method of green livable development,the green livable development problem,optimization strategy and empirical research.Through the network open platform and on-the-spot investigation,an in-depth analytical research of the construction situation of the outside environment of the sample residential region is carried out.This paper proposes a problem identification method for the outside environment of the communities under the guidance of green livability,and under the guidance of this method,identifies,condenses and analyzes the problems of the outside environment of residential regions.According to the results of problem identification,an optimization strategy is put forward for the green and livable development of residential regions in Xi’an,and the residential regions are selected for empirical application.Firstly,the relevant concepts of green livability,residential outside environment,urban residential region,green building and green residential region are expounded.Secondly,it analyzes the researches which are related to the evaluation of green residential regions at home and abroad,and sorts out the content and calculation methods related to the outside environment of green residential regions at home and abroad,so as to provide a scientific reference for the follow-up field research,establishment of problem selection index pools,and optimization strategies.Thirdly,through the combination of online acquisition and offline research,type sampling and systematic sampling,the outside environment of the sample residential regions within the second ring street of the central urban region of Xi’an is deeply analyzed,and the features of the outside environment are summarized.Fourthly,it proposes a problem identification method for the green and livable development of the outside environment in Xi’an residential regions,including the establishment of the problem selection index database,the classification of the indicators and the establishment of the assessment standards,the acquisition of the numerical values of each indicator in the sample residential region,the characteristic problem indicators and the common problem indicators.identify.Under the guidance of this method,the existing problems of the green and livable development of the outside environment of the residential region in Xi’an are identified and analyzed.Finally,based on the identification results of outside environmental problems in Xi’an residential regions,an optimization strategy is proposed and empirically applied.Through the above research,it draws four research conclusions as followed.Firstly,it concludes the characteristics of the outside environment of the sample residential regions;Identify the existing problems in the green and livable development of the outside environment of the district,and the fourth is to propose optimization strategies based on the results of the problem identification and conduct empirical evidence. |
