Study On The Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Urban River Course Regulation Engineering

With the rapid development of the city,rivers play an important role in urban development.Under the suggestion of "green development is the inevitable requirement of ecological civilization construction" and "implementing the construction of river system and speeding up the development of green and efficient construction of city river" advocated by General Secretary Xi Jinping,it is particularly important to improve the comprehensive benefits of rivers and realize the development of river ecological civilization.Based on these problems,this paper evaluates and analyzes the comprehensive benefits of the urban river channel improvement project,and takes the improvement project of Xianyang section of the Wei River as an example to carry out a quantitative evaluation on the comprehensive benefits of the project.It will make a theoretical contribution to the improvement of similar projects and river regulation development in the future.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)This thesis comprehensively and systematically analyzes the engineering characteristics of the improvement project of Xianyang section of the Wei River and built its comprehensive benefit evaluation index system combined with the actual situation and consulting relevant experts.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign engineering literature,this thesis systematically selects the evaluation indicators of comprehensive benefits,which mainly consist of four aspects:1)Engineering benefits U1 including flood control benefits U11,water volume,and water velocity U12,hydrophilicity improvement U13.2)Ecological benefits U2 including greening benefits U21,water quality improvement U22,and population health U23.3)Economic benefits U3 including land value-added benefits U31,tourism development U32,employment opportunities development U33.4)Social benefits U4 which mainly includes social satisfaction U41,waterfront culture publicity U42,and improvement of leisure and entertainment facilities U43.Aiming at the problem that the comprehensive benefit is difficult to be evaluated quantitatively,the evaluation standard of the comprehensive benefit of the urban river course improvement project is summarized comprehensively by using the relevant literature and industry standard and combining with the engineering practice,which provides a basis for the evaluation index scoring and quantitative research.(2)The evaluation model for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the weihe river xianyang city section of the renovation project is constructed,mainly through the improved analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each evaluation index,and through the gray whitening weight function model to calculate the category of the final comprehensive benefit;Then an example is analyzed,the comprehensive benefit evaluation and calculation of the weihe river xianyang city section renovation project is carried out by combining with the designed model,and the various benefits of the project are analyzed.
