Research On The Countermeasures Of The Cultural Industry Development In Shanxi Province Based On System Dynamics

In21st century, the cultural industry has been rapid development. As a sunrise industry,green industry and the gold industry, the cultural industry has become an important enginefor stimulating economic growth. Development of cultural industries, will not only enhancethe level of urban development, but also helps to optimize the regional industrial structureand narrow the regional economic development gap to promote the harmoniousdevelopment of the region. Therefore, the study about the development of cultural industriesof Shanxi Province helps to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading and speed up theeconomic development of Shanxi. So it has great theoretical and practical significance.The research method based on empirical analysis and comparative analysis. First,accessed to the extensive literature on the study of the development of cultural industries athome and abroad; secondly, built a theoretical framework for impact on the development ofcultural industries in Shanxi Province by a qualitative analysis about advanced developmentof cultural industry experience. To study the development of cultural industries in ShanxiProvince on the development of cultural industries of Shanxi Province by constructed a SDmodel. In addition, learnt the successful experience by contrasting the development ofcultural industries at home and abroad better countries and regions, then proposed asolution.The main research includes the following two aspects. On the one hand, analyzed thefactors affecting the development of cultural industries and inspected the cultural industrycompetitiveness evaluation index. Then established a system dynamics model of thedevelopment of cultural industries in Shanxi Province by combining with the actual situation in Shanxi Province; On the other hand, analyzed the cultural industry based ShanxiProvince by the systematic policy simulation and proposed reasonable policy proposals.
