As China's economic development enters the "new normal",how to achieve sustainable economic development and green development has become an increasingly important issue.Existing research has found that regional green competitiveness is an important indicator for measuring regional green development.The dynamic simulation of competitiveness can help to study the regional green competitiveness from a macro perspective,and also help to qualitatively and quantitatively study and make decisions on this complex system involving society,economy,population and environment.Therefore,based on the analysis of the nature and connotation of regional green competitiveness,this paper clarifies that the core of regional green competitiveness is the greening of economic production and the greening of economic output.Based on this,the dynamics of regional green competitiveness system is constructed.The two main monitoring variables of the model,the green development index and the green economy added value,are used to measure the degree of greening of economic production and the degree of greening,of economic output.In addition,based on the research questions and research objectives of this paper,based on the definition of the boundary of the regional green competitiveness system dynamics model,the main subsystems of the system dynamics model and their variables are determined.The system dynamics model mainly includes four sub-categories.System: population subsystem,economic subsystem,technology subsystem and ecological subsystem.Based on this,the structural model of regional green competitiveness system dynamics is constructed.The modeling data of the system dynamics equation model mainly uses the historical data of Jiangxi Province,and the parameters of some variables are determined and some equations are fitted.Taking 2005-2030 as the system simulation interval of regional green competitiveness model,five kindsof policy simulation models were designed from the perspectives of different pollutants treatment,economic structure improvement and technological progress,with industrial sewage treatment rate and domestic sewage treatment rate.And22 policy intervention points such as R&D expenditure,designed five kinds of improvement such as urbanization and birth rate acceleration mode,industrial structure optimization mode,sewage treatment strengthening mode,solid waste management strengthening mode,exhaust gas treatment strengthening mode,and technological progress mode mode.The policy simulation model of regional green competitiveness has carried out policy simulation on the regional green competitiveness of Jiangxi Province.The simulation results show that in different simulation modes,the technological progress model has the greatest effect on improving the green development index,and urbanization And the birth rate improvement model has the greatest effect on increasing the value added of the green economy.
