Selection Of Leading Industry Of Zhejiang Ocean

Due to the perennially large-scale development of the human, land resources areincreasingly shortages, the huge demand for resources makes people turn to the marineresources reserves. Although China has rich marine resources, marine economy is stillin the initial stage which gives priority to the traditional industries limited by technology,capital and other reasons. Marine economic development level and the ownership ofmarine resources are extremely disproportionate. Therefore, Chinese government hasattached importance to the development of the marine economy by raising it to astrategic height. Zhejiang Province has rich marine resources and superior advantages oflocation and resources, marine economy is in a period of rapid development in recentyears, but many problems still exist. Economic development can not be separated fromthe boot of the leading industries, but different sea-related industries have their ownadvantages and disadvantages. How to establish appropriate marine leading industries,making its advantages fully exploited, is the problem should be firstly solved now.This article will investigate the problems of the development of marine industry byresearching the choice of Oceanic Industry. Firstly, the marine industry and leadingindustry concepts will be elaborated to lay the theoretical basis of the full text; followedby in-depth analysis of the current situation and the trend of development at home andabroad in marine industry. Secondly, on the basis of the marine industry structure, staticand dynamic analysis at this stage, find out the inadequacies currently. Thirdly, consider the ability of various aspects of the Zhejiang marine industry and build evaluation indexsystem on the basis of the data analysis of quantitative and qualitative analysis to selecta suitable Zhejiang Province Oceanic Industry. Finally, this paper put forward thecorresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the selection result, which hasa practical significance for determining the center of gravity to develop marine industry.According to the research results, Zhejiang Province is in a stage of rapiddevelopment of the Industrial Structure, but there are still many problems to be solved,such as backward integrated management capabilities and the ecological damage to theenvironment intensifies. Zhejiang Province should use its resources and locationadvantages, support and develop Oceanic Industries to promote the further upgrading ofthe industrial structure.
