Research On The Stress And Stress Management Of The Coal Mine Manager

Work stress has already become a global social problem,with the global integration advancement and the progress of new scientific and technological revolution. United Nations calls the work stress have already become "the flue for 21st century" in a report. The excessive work stress not only injures individual's health and organization's health, but induces the productive forces largely. From the actual circumstance of all countries, they pay more and more attention to the work stress because of its continuous growth.Work stress hasn't been valued for a long time, and the work stress management gets behind with other advanced countries from the awareness and personnel arrangement. Because of the special of the coal mine work environment and the work property, for a long time, the stress of coal mine managers has been neglected. This thesis mainly does explosive research on the coal mine managers as the special but extensive community.This thesis carries on a substantial evidence research on work stress management, combining the actual of the coal mine managers, based on the reference research. This thesis pays more attention to do research from many aspects, deeply depending on the basic theories about sociology, mental medical science, organize behavior, management and so on.The main content and conclusion of this thesis are as following:First, this thesis concludes the individual stress management frame based on the reference analysis and the actual of the stress, and it reflects the circle process from the work stressors to the stress cognition to the stress behavior and result, then back to the source of the stress. This kind of emulation can reappear the inside mechanism and the contact of different stress.Second, this thesis designs the quantity scale according to the individual stress frame and the reality of the mine coal managers. Take the coal mine managers of the Shanxi province as the examples, the author investigates the work stress source, the work stress behavior, the work stress reply, the satisfied degree to the work behind the work stress by sending quantity form and interview. The thesis carries on statistics analysis using software SPSS 15.0 according to the effective questionnaires, mainly includes descriptive analysis, factor analysis, analysis of factor covariance and regression analysis, then verifies and discusses the results.The third, this thesis designs the management strategy of coal mine managers according to the results of the questionnaires and the reality of the coal mine managers. The thesis builds up the stress management systems for the coal mine managers based on their work characteristics and our country's special work stressors, combing with foreign research.Finally, this thesis will carry on summary and study the prospect to the research.
