| In recent years, with the rapid progress in China's urbanization process, a large number of agricultural land transfers into non-agricultural land. With the redistribution of ownerships in the government, the farmers and the land users, great added vales are created due to changes in supply and demand, foreign investment, expansion of the functions. The conversion of agricultural land is currently focused on the contradiction of the distribution of land value-added benefits. The "scissors" between the interests of landless peasants and the added values is increasing, and their earnings are seriously damaged.In this study, with the concept of agricultural land development rights from the analysis of current researches at home and broad, the items of land revenue and income distribution members is fixed; secondly, a variety of angles is provided to analyze the situation in different regions damage level; then with the case in Cixi City, the research is analyzed by the Wuyuan model with actual data; and the extent of damage to the interests of landless peasants in Cixi City is evaluated by data analysis, further analysis of the process of land acquisition and value-added show deep contradictions problem.Finally, in the process of China's current agricultural land for non-agricultural land, especially in the process of severely damaged the interests of landless peasants, the mechanism of the establishment of public private land revenue sharing, the mechanism of the landless peasants of the survival and development of security, the mechanism of the agricultural land development rights and ecological compensation and protection should be advocated. With the hope to enrich and improve the land income distribution theory and the land requisition compensation system, the research is also aimed to provide a scientific basis for the policymaking and to maintain social peace and stability by a solid foundation. |
