Research On The Building For Social Security System For Landless Peasants Based On Division Of Land Income

In China's process of modernization and urbanization, financing the social security system for landless peasants has become a serious social problem, due to the unsatisfactory compensation standard. If not solved timely, this will bring along a series of problems, such as unstableness of the society. The high transaction cost involved can seriously hinder the urbanization of our country.In this dissertation, I made deep research into the status of peasant demographic structure and their social security system. I began with the thought that for peasants, plantation acts as their safeguard of life. I also analyzed current income structure and distribution of state-owned lands, so as to reach the conclusion that farmers should gain a reasonable share of the income. In the context of New Country Construction, utilizing this part of income to support the construction of rural social security system not only greatly alleviates unfairness, but also helps solve the lack of money in the construction.This dissertation is based on division of land income, and is assisted by financial innovation. This offsets the limitation of previous researches; moreover, current interest setup is not impaired. It also features strong operability. Rural social security system can boost consumption. This not only avails the long term economy growth of China, but also means a lot to the country's construction of socialism harmonious society.
