Allocation Of Land Value-added Benefits Of Farmland Conversion Process

The object of research is the land value-added income distribution. The paperfirstly explains the related concept of increment benefit distribution and the relatedtheory.Secondly,through analyzing and comparing the policy change,we can draw someof the root causes of problems that currently exist.Thirdly,in the empirical analysis,found that farmers basically do not get the land value-added income, even the value ofland are not compensated; there is a huge gap in the current land compensation tofarmers, compensation standards are insufficient to meet the future needs of farmers; themore compensation farmers receive,the better to reduce the income gap between urbanand rural. Finally, on the basis of foreign land expropriation compensation system,starting from the principle of equity and efficiency, propose the construction of basicideas and the value-added income fair distribution system.
