With the rapid development of the Web of Things and Cloud Computing, how to collect the third-party logistics services data effectively and in real-time, thus to enhance the efficiency of resources utilization and optimized allocation to the company even the social logistics resources, has become the focus research of domestic and foreign scholars. But for a long time, the third party logistics service enterprise still reform limitations in the original management field, provide the service content single and efficiency is not high. Therefore, the problem that the TPLs how to adapt to the modern logistics, and how to provide more satisfied service to clients has become urgent needs to solve. The propose of Service Level Agreements (SLA) leads service to the status of easy to be quantified﹑ managed﹑controlled and improved. Service is no longer ambiguous, and no longer remains only at the inner level.Currently, more and more service providers begin to introduce SLA management into services providing. This study focuses on the business process management for the third-party logistics services. Firstly, the paper describes the quality of service, the development status and the basic concepts of service level. On the basis of establishing logistics SLA, we propose a SLA-based monitoring mechanism, which can achieve real-time control of service execution process. Secondly, we use the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) which supports automatic processes, to describe the third-party logistics business processes. Through the SLA process execution and logistics processes, we integrate SLA and BPMN to monitor process and analysis SLA compliance. Then, the paper gives an example of SLA implementation and gives reasonable analysis. Finally, we use game theory knowledge to analyze supply and demand model of third party logistics services and the pricing, based on the SLA. Then we give the research findings for logistics demand parties and logistics provide parties. In the end, the thesis summarizes the work and offers suggestions for practice and future research.
