In the 21st century, the survival and development of enterprises are facing more and more complex problems since the competition of international market grew. In order to get more market share or to gain competitive advantages, many governments, research institutions, and enterprises have turned their attention to "Logistics Management ".It means that the enterprises can't completely meet the needs of customers, if they only produce high quality products. Customers can get the products as the ways and numbers they hope within the time and place through effective logistics management.It can help to configure social resources more reasonably. Producers and operators can focus more time and energy on their core business, reduce production costs, improve production capacity and increase efficiency, and eventually make customers satisfied during the whole management process of benefits. The establishment of logistics system of specialization, socialization and networking has become a target for all enterprises. Therefore, the enterprise management strategy can be realized based on the research of third party logistics companies, which helps the enterprise competition strategy to turn the traditional view of attention to business component parts and focus on the integrity and continuity of the structure of business activities. So, third party logistics companies can find new pathways from all kinds of complicated problems to create and gain value and realize the competitive advantages.Therefore, this paper try to explore a model of logistics business process reengineering (BPR) based on class of service analysis in order to expand their areas of development and provide theory supports and practical guides to the establishment of effective management.Firstly, this article from analyzing the research literature discusses logistics companies business research context and lead to the conclusion that logistics companies business process reengineering is the logic which is the concept of enterprise management strategy executive system. This conception is proposed to have important effects and functions in the market competition, which helps us to know logistics enterprises BPR as part of the enterprise strategy. Secondly, the paper from the beginning of the connection between the third party logistics enterprise BPR and class of service, a new idea is presented that customer orientation is the bridge linking the third party logistics enterprise BPR and class of service.On this basis, this article describes a general outline of the picture, based on class of service analyzing third party logistics companies BPR and their internal relations.Thirdly, enterprises as the main body of the market, must find suitable profit source area from the market, which is seen as a fundamental business to settle down for companies. For this reason, this paper using class of service (CoS) theory, sets up the model of evaluating third party logistics companies BPR based of class of service by drawing some key factors, thus offering theoretical basis for third party logistics companies BPR.Finally, based on theories above, this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the BPR of cosco. The article has limited the orientation of cosco business process based on class of service by evaluating their business environment and their abilities and therefore set up individuality cosco business process based on class of service, at last carrying on analysis and discussion of effects.
