RY Logistics Business Process Optimization

With the development and flourish of the logistics industry in China, how to improve the enterprise management and the management efficiency has been the focus of the theory and practice of community. The delivery process is a vital link in the logistics company, therefore delivery process optimization is particularly of importance.RY logistics company selected as a third party logistics company mainly operates road freight this paper. According to field research in the RY logistics company, using techniques and methods about the theory of BPR, this paper studies the theory and process and carries on diagnosis and analysis to the company’s existing processes, then identify process problems and their causes, and raises the company’s processes optimizing program, which carries into organizational structure of the company and the delivery and transportation processes optimization, and finally this paper describes protections of the optimized processes and evaluates the effect achieved.This program can solve the company’s problems, and can even achieve the purpose of continuous improvement of the company’s processes.
