With the development and changes of macroeconomics, human resources, as the effective shortcut for enterprises to increase their competitive power, have been the most lively and important one in essential productive factors. As the key work of human resources development, staff training is a long term and strategic task of the new period.Staff training applied to humanistic management is established in staff's demand and intension and plans scientific and perfect training session. While training, it concerns staff, creates wider development space, promotes the degree of satisfaction and loyalty and embodies the common interest of the enterprise and staff. Staff training instructed by humanistic management makes corporate objectives agree much with staff objectives, that's to say, while the enterprise is achieving its goal of development, staff are achieving their goals of career development, which makes staff training more effective and eventually makes the enterprise achieve the maximization of global interest, promoting the marketing competence of it.This article, persevering in linking theory with practice, consults related Chinese and foreign languages periodicals and documents about researches of theories of training, humanistic management and business administration, analyzes the role humanistic management plays in staff training, confesses the deficiency of staff training of Chinese enterprises and establishes the objective system and basis strategy of staff training instructed by humanistic management. According to the analysis and research about X group company, combining the actual state of operation of it, the article comes up with the concrete measures of staff training system based on humanistic management and meanwhile, approaches investigation and analysis on how to promote enterprises'competence, providing reference to other related types of enterprises.
