Staff training is critical to human resource development. It is the foundation and insurance of cultivating talents, wining in the competition and developing in a long term. How to launch training effectively is a permanent and strategic mission. This thesis introduces humanistic management theory as guiding ideology, which provides a new angle and thought to direct staff training wok.Staff training of humanistic management takes staff demand as one of standpoint of training. During the whole process, enterprises pay close attention to staff wills to reflect interest of both sides. Staff is object of training. When their needs are satisfied, they could throw themselves actively into training. From "make me work" to "I want to work" , staff training become more and more effective. In the training, the goals of enterprise and staff mix together to a great extent. The staff targets are realized while the enterprise goals are achieved.The thesis give a briefing of humanistic management and staff training, analysis the dialectical relationship between mem, build a object system of Staff training of humanistic management and propose basic strategies. In addition, we use a case to demonstrate and explain how to do.This article is based on theory research, and takes an example to illustrate. According to consulting Chinese and foreign periodicals, documents including training theory, humanistic management theory and learning organization, it rethink problems and shortages in staff training deeply. The purpose why I bring humanistic management theory into staff training is to establish ideas and strategies that are beneficial to staff training, hoping that can give some suggestions and positions to present training wok.
