| Staff career management is becoming more and more important in the development of modern companies,it is an effective means to realize the organization aim of the company and staff as well as the individual values.Power Supply Corporation has established a long-term monopolistic position in the past years.Although many human recourses reformative measures have been taken,there are still problems remained unsettled,which has become the bottleneck of the development of the state-owned enterprises.The deepening of the state-owned enterprises reform stated in the 18 th CPC National Congress as well as supplementary documents concerning the power supply system,broke the monopoly of the power supply companies,which forces them to unprecedented challenges by pushing them to the market.In this context,how to change the previous talent management system,how to stimulate the potential of the staff,cultivate sustainable developing staff and keep the excellent staff from job-hopping,calls for a complete HR system for staff career planning in urgent.Taking State Grid Rizhao Power Supply Company as the object,and combining the theories and practice,this paper is to study the establishment and implementation of the staff career planning system,and showcase the different from the traditional system.The paper begins with the basic theories of career planning management and current researching findings both home and abroad,followed by analyzing of the status quo of State Grid Rizhao Power Supply Company as well as the human resources problems in ideology,internal environment,and personal development.Then put forward the statement that the solution to the existing problems could be coped with by career planning management,by introducing its contents in detail,including orientation and goal,various paths,archives,muti-perspective follow-up assessment,adjustment,training,supplementary appraisal and incentive system.After which,the paper analyzes the path and steps for implementation,risk control,and guarantees.Finally come to the conclusion and the vision for the career planning management of power supply enterprises,which will be valuable reference for the power supply enterprises that has been in long-term monopolistic position,whereas now facing reformation pressure in market competition. |
