In the 21st century, enterprises are faced with a business environment which is complicated, fast changing. How to construct a knowledge-based enterprise is the trend of The Times. The enterprise management has transferred from the internal control to external adaptation. Along with the human capital, education and lifelong learning organization theory and the development of human resources theory, the enterprise need to constantly improve employees'skills and knowledge and excavate potential employees through enterprise perfect training system.Now employee needs individualized and differentiation training and enterprise must pay attention to meet the differentiation of personalized needs. With scientific training theory as the guide, enterprise should building a training mode and perfect training system which has become the key to human resources management.According to career management theory, how to fulfill the employee individual concerned is one of the important contents and directions. How to combine the career with the employee training becomes the question which the enterprise must consider and enterprise need to build a training system based on the career management. Employee career management ideas should permeate into every aspect of training system, including training needs analysis, training plan and design, training implementation, training results conversion and training evaluation, etc.With the career management theory, the purpose of this research is to construct an effective training system for aerospace enterprise. How combining the training system with the practice of aviation enterprise is discussed. The author has done an analysis of the training system and discussed the actual effect and expounds the system's characteristic and difference from other training system.In this thesis, the career management theory has been introduced to the enterprise training system, building a perfect training system with career management theories. The paper also analyzes and discusses the use of the system in an aviation enterprise and argued it has theoretical and practical significance to other aviation enterprise employees training.
