In the enterprise groups, the human resource management & control is one of the most important means to control subsidiaries. However, in the implementation process of human resource management & control, there are so many irregular phenomena, for example, excessiveness of centralization, overabundance of management level, no flexibility and so on. As to the enterprise groups, it is the common subject under discuss in recent years that how to avoid to the restriction on its resource-sharing subordinate enterprises, how to combine the flexibility and the unification to give full play of the group's overall human resource.This is a case article of human resource management, consisting of four main parts: introduction, case description, case analysis, suggestions and countermeasures. It takes enterprise groups'human resource management & control as the core of the article. With the DF group's practical case, the article has analyzed the DF group current human resource management & control status. And further based the relevant study result on mother-subsidiary management & control, it points out the problems existing. as follows:The existing human resource management & control mode isn't suitable. The core control function of the Group's human resource management department does not reach the designated position. The group lack of the resources sharing platform.According to the summary of the factors that decide how to select the mode of human resource management & control, and the analysis of the DF group's actual characteristic, the article puts forward DF group's option on human resources management & control mode. At the same time, the article suggests the Group's human resource management department should strengthen the core control functions in human resource planning, performance appraisal, salary and core staff management and should establish the human resource resources sharing platform in recruitment and training.With the DF group's status and the relevant study result on mother-subsidiary management & control, the article puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures. The author aims to solve the practical problems for DF group, and in the meanwhile provide some reference value for the similar enterprise groups in the human resource management & control.
