With the economic globalization and competition antinationalization,the enterprise groups have held the protagonist of the global economic activities,and become the main tool for every country to participate in the international competition. Therefore,how to strengthen the management of corporation groups,has become a question of concern. This article is based on the basis of this,Combinating the actual situation of Tiansu Group ,discussing the appropriate financial, human resources and R & D management model for Group.The first part of this article described the background and significance of the study, And had done a brief overview of management model at home and abroad for study on group. The second part had a brief introduction of the basic situation of Tiansu Group and summed up existing management model of the Group. As a result of the organizational structure and its function is to group the basis for the implementation of management functions, so the third chapter of this article described the in group based on existing organizations to analyze their problems and to be improved. One of the most important part of managing Group members is financial management, Chapter IV of the issues examined in detail, analyzing the existing financial management group of the status, pointing out that the question of its existence, the introduction of the relevant theories, and try to explore suitable model for Tiansu Group's financial management and designed one. Chapter V main discussde the human resources management model of Tiansu Group. Good R & D capability can help the Tiansu Group maintain the competitiveness, Chapter VI tride to explore R & D management model of Tiansu Group. Enterprise culture is the soul of a group, in chapter VII described why it is necessary and how to establish their own corporate culture in Tiansu Group. Chapter VIII is a review and sum up of full text.Management model is not a standard, there is no best "management model", it can only be the most suitable management model for a certain period of time of a group. When an enterprise-scale developed to the group, how to choose the management model of enterprises under the effective management of enterprises has become an important subject. This article attempted to divid the management model of group into the financial management, human resources management and R&D management model, discussing respectively appropriate management model for Tiansu Group,and finaly concluded—Most suitable management model for the Tiansu Group is the combination of centralized and decentralized management model.
