Enterprise groups has been played a key role in the development of our national economy, however, because enterprise groups in our country established lately, poorly management and the scale expanded too fast, group headquarters'of enterprise groups in China has been always been weak in control ability causing the risks of operation in general。Human resources management control is an important means and component of group control。enterprise groups in our country are facing issues of improper selection of the model of human resources control and the backwardness of the means of control in general。Aimed at the two aspects, through the research on of the theory of management control model, the paper firstly divided the enterprise group management control model into three categories:strategic management control model, operation management control model, financial management control model。Based on this category, the paper research on the contents and the degree of the human resources management control of enterprise groups under different management control model in detail。And then combining with electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM) theory, the paper propose the e-HRM system based on the management control model。Then starting from Human Resources control processes, the paper study the function framework under different management control models, And for all three of the different management control models: financial, operational, strategic management control model, put forward the corresponding three technical architecture:distributed model, centralized model, and focus/distributed architecture model。Finally, through the case study of S group, the application of the e-HRM platform based on group management control model is introduced, and analyzing the shortcomings and the achievements of the application, giving some Suggestions。...
