With the rapid development of economic globalization and huge progress of China's economy,increasing multi-national companies have set up branches in China.Positively,it speeds up the development of economy in China,which provides more job opportunities and good samples to local companies.Meanwhile,there are many conflicts and management problems produced,especially in human resource areas.Everything changes fast in the market.Multi-national companies are trying to find their own management model to survive and win in the competition.More and more management teams are aware of that human resource management is the key to win a new competition.They found the progress of company development will be slowed down when there are conflicts and problems in human resource activities frequently.It will cause company uncompetitive in the market.Resolving the conflicts and problems in human resource area,is extremely important to build up an efficient management & control model.Case study approach is mainly used for this paper.With basic management theories,the writer analyzed the conflict events in terms of human resource management & control,and also is trying to dig out the reasons behind.In the end,the writer is suggesting on the relevant solutions,aiming to be reference of similar cases.
