With economic globalization and information era, the market increasingly detailed division of labor, different companies in their respective fields to play a unique role, how can market in the competitive identify their location, how the future of the environment in the bewildering maintain the development capability, as each enterprise to think about. Only to explore the company's core competitive advantage, the vision for the development of appropriate strategic objectives proposed, and the actions of all employees up to the strategic objectives, to make business in a good position in the competition, is unbeaten in the future development status.The strategic objectives of the decomposition strategy development and implementation of more than practical significance, in fact, many enterprises do not lack vision and mission, but can not be effectively implemented without the appropriate tools and methods will be combined with employee goals with corporate goals .
