In this paper,theoretical analysis,case study and on-the-spot investigation are used to actively explore the development needs of the performance evaluation of the receipt business of ICBC Baotou Branch.By analyzing the status quo of the performance evaluation of the bank's receipt business,the deep-seated contradictions in the process of business development are revealed,and the weak links in its strategic development are found.On this basis,the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard theory,trying to optimize the original financial indicators based on the evaluation of the model,enhance the customer,internal processes,employees,these non-financial indicators of attention,in order to optimize the promotion of non-financial indicators to support the financial indicators,so as to better achieve the receipt business.Strategic objectives.This article is not only to optimize the performance evaluation system of the receipt business of ICBC Baotou Branch,but also to take the receipt business as a strategic breakthrough point,so that the banking industry can gradually form the balanced scorecard from top to bottom,so as to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of banks in the payment field and even in all kinds of business.For the large-scale enterprises in our country whose theory cognition and practice application are not deep enough,this paper is expected to bring some theoretical extension and practical value in studying the strategic performance evaluation of the balanced scorecard.
