Red tourism products expand the moral education of young people and learning space through entertaining, so state departments and parents pay important attention on Young Red Tourism. However, the market of young red tourist is still in the initial stage, the development of young red tourism market is also minimal. Young red tourism market as an important part of the market, the development of the red tourism market of young people has very important significance.Paper defined the age on young people in the red tourism, which the scope of young tourists were limited, from 7 years to 28 years old. Paper established the evaluation index system overall development of youth tourism market of Shaoshan. Evaluation consisted four main factors: security support system, area management, tourism marketing and product of education functions. According to the results of the survey data, this paper choose fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the market of young people of Shaoshan. Evaluation results show that security support system, area management and the educational function of the product evaluation results were "general", the tourism marketing of the evaluation results were "poor." Based on the above evaluation results of the data, we use multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the development of the young people market of Shaoshan.
