| As a tour type with higher level, eco-tourism stresses on the sustainable utilization and protection of environment. After exploring and practicing for about 20 years, eco-tourism has matured a lot and becoming a major type of tourist all over the world. Meanwhile, it is also the strategically choice on the purpose to realize the harmonious development of economic, society and environment for all the governments. In 1999, China came up with a concept of "ecological tourism year" and named 2009 as "environmental tourism year", eco-tourism has becoming a tour type which all sectors of society and all governments devoted themselves into.Scientific and systematic analysis and evaluation on eco-tourism can be a scientific and valued references for the sustainable development and exploration of eco-tourism. Whether the tourism resources can be explored both reasonable and scientific is the core of the sustainable development of eco-tourism. This article first made a list of all kind of eco-tourism resources of Yanling county, and then constituted a comprehensive evaluation system to evaluate and grade all 237 resources in the county, after which, seven tourist sectors were divided and evaluated and graded by development subsequence respectively. Finally, with regard to the result of tourist sectors grades, we put forward several scientific references and feasible suggestions.(1) from the aspect of every single eco-tourism resources, there are 4 resources which graded level 1, accounted for 1.69% of all resources in the county, and resources graded 2,3 and 4 have 17,133 and 83 in numbers which accounted for 5.06%, 56.12% and 37.13% separately.(2) According to the principles of regional conditions, traffic factors and the similarity of eco-tourism resources, the various eco-tourism resources in Yanling can be integrated into seven tourist sectors in the level of villages and towns, then a comprehensive evaluation and classification carried out and we have the following conclusion:Shennong valley tourist area and emperor Yan tourist area are primary developmental eco-tourist area; Dongfeng boat type tourist area and Xiayang tourist area are secondary developmental eco-tourist area; Shuikou is thirdly developmental eco-tourist area; Dragon slag tourist area and Ceyuan tourist area are fourth developmental eco-tourist area. (3) Every tourist areas should make their tourism resource advantages as a basis and develop characteristic tourism with its own character such as historical and cultural tourism, forest healthy tourism, red tourism, folk cultural tourism and religious cultural tourism. Generally speaking, the whole area should construct and improve several tourist area service centers, perfect the internal and external traffic, carry out a series of characteristic tourism activities and festivals, optimize the investment environment, enhance the designation and innovation of tourism images, primary developmental eco-tourist area should further strengthening the construction of tourist areas based on its tourism resources with high quality; secondary developmental eco-tourist area should perfect the construction of tourism infrastructure and traffic, protection comes before development; thirdly developmental eco-tourist area should force on the innovation of new activities and products, speed up the integration of tourism resources; fourth developmental eco-tourist area should give ecological protection priority and development its tourism in a moderate way. |
