| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and finance,various branches of the People’s Bank of China(PBC)have played a crucial role in building a sound financial service system and a stable financial ecological environment.People’s Bank employees,especially young employees,have become the main force for all levels of branches to fulfill their responsibilities.Therefore,understanding the psychological thoughts and self needs of young employees,valuing research on their satisfaction,can maximize the motivation of young employees to work and start businesses,and better promote the central bank to fulfill its responsibilities.This article takes the young employees of the YC Central Branch of the People’s Bank of China(hereinafter referred to as YC Central Branch)as the research object,and measures and analyzes the satisfaction of the young staff of YC according to the relevant theories and methods of employee satisfaction research at home and abroad.First of all,this paper classifies and summarizes the domestic and foreign research materials,defines the concepts of young employees and employee satisfaction,and clarifies the theoretical basis of this study,such as Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and Adams’ s equity theory;Then,it clarifies the organizational structure and human resources of YC’s Central branch,constructs an evaluation index system of YC’s Central branch youth employee satisfaction,including five first-level indicators and 25 second-level indicators,interviews 20 representative members,and calculates the weight of each indicator after processing the interview data using AHP;118 valid questionnaires were obtained from the questionnaire survey of YC Central Branch and young employees.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the evaluation scores of each index.Finally,according to the evaluation results of all indicators of satisfaction of YC Central Branch and young employees,the improvement strategies are proposed accordingly.Through analysis,it is found that the overall satisfaction score of YC Central Branch and young employees is71.43,and the evaluation result is satisfactory.Further analysis found that the main reasons affecting the satisfaction scores were:(1)The satisfaction scores of the five first level indicators are generally low,especially the job return score of only 69.93,the job itself score of 70.36,and the work environment score of 71.07;(2)Seven of the 25 secondary indicators scored below 70;(3)Of the 25 secondary indicators,8 indicators scored higher than 70 points,but especially close to 70 points.It can be seen that in order to improve the overall satisfaction of young employees,YC Central Branch should focus on the three first-level indicators of work return,work itself,and work environment,especially the seven second-level indicators with scores below 70,and at the same time,it should also focus on the eight second-level indicators with scores above 70 but especially close to 70.Therefore,YC Central Branch support can effectively improve the satisfaction of young employees from many aspects,such as ensuring employee welfare,optimizing income distribution,improving social status,reducing work pressure and clarifying job division. |
