Research On The Evaluation Model Of Tourism APP Based On ANP-Fuzzy

With the rapid development of network technology and smart mobilephone,Mobile Application(APP)wins the favor of majority for being convenient,personalized,strong interactive and specific located,it satisfies the users and hereby has a boosting development worldwide.Meanwhile,with the convergence between traditional tourism and mobile network based industry,mobile tourism has become the tendency.With such background,APP for tourism comes into existing.The APP performs as the platform between providers and customers for information publishing,communication and trades.It could satisfy the diversified needs of the customers for tourism products or services.Also,such APPs reflect a huge potential market.However,the tourism APP market within China is still in chaos,which is rich in quantity but poor in quality.Our market also lacks accurate and scientific evaluation on the risks during the APP developing processes.In research area,it is noticed that relevant researches are either small in amount or short in depth.Hence,setting up identification and evaluation system on development risks of tourism APP is quite important,both for risk management and decision optimization.Based on the current Chinese tourism APP market,this research gave a significant consider on multi-risk elements and complicated decision making,and tried to introduce in the method of Analytic Network Process(ANP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(Fuzzy)in order to build up the risk evaluation system of tourism APP.This research also use “Nanchang tourism” as the example,based on Super Decision's calculation result,we find that the APP's risks on Technology,Plan controlling and External cooperation are relatively high.The whole research spots creatively on the risk management of Tourism APP development and provides a compound view based on methodology alongside with ANP-Fuzzy.It aims at providing a proper reference for research and real development of Tourism APP development risk management.
