After the reformation and the opening to the outside word, the number of mini-sized nongovernmental enterprises has been greatly increased. The nongovernmental enterprises have provided opportunity of jobs and have brought the development of the district economy to the society. In today's age of knowledge, human resource equipped with knowledge have become the key active factors in every walk of life. The knowledge is pushing the development of the complete economy. The present market environment has provided not only the chances to the companies but also great challenges. Mini-sized nongovernmental enterprises share the similar characteristics of small size, less employees, single organization chart and financing way etc.. In today's market of competition, the competition between small nongovernmental enterprises has been increased to a certain extension. The disadvantage in the management of human resource has become critical, and the moving of the talented employees and the inactivity of the employees in the teamwork etc. has greatly influenced the capacity of the company. How to increase the satisfaction of the employees, how to improve the management of human resource, and how to combine the employees' value judgment to the company's goal of development have become the main consideration of present nongovernmental enterprises.The essay chose LY company from Jinan as the sample enterprise of research, found problems existing in the process through visiting the management staff and through the employee satisfaction survey, and finally suggested on the way of solutions to the problems. Firstly, the visit to the management staff was carried out in the company. Based on the visit, we could master the thorough status of the company and find the possible problems inside. Then, the result of the visit guided the design and proceeding of the satisfaction survey together with the research on the human resource management. The essay made the analysis on the satisfaction survey based on the actual analysis result of the specific levels in the first level of satisfaction aspects including environmental aspect, aspect of management and aspect of system. Based on the result of visit and satisfaction survey, the essay analyzed the problems including the moving of talented employees, the low efficiency of communication etc., and proposed efficient suggestions to the LY Company for its future improvement.The essay proposed the suggestions from the three aspects including the improvement of the work flow and human resource management of the company, build up the proper style of management staff and to set up proper company culture based on the characteristics of the company. The suggestions are useful to improve the procedure of the management of the company and to improve the coherence of the company in order to improve the morale of the employees. The suggestions can also be helpful to other small nongovernmental enterprises with similar problem.
