The human resource is the core resource for the modern enterprise,and i n the current marketing status,talent is the most important part for the enterprise development.As the result of the employees' explanations and reaction to the objective work environment,it is Employee Satisfaction.To improve employee satisfaction will help the retain the employees,the talent team stabilization.In the meantime it can also enhance the employees' positivity,motivation and innovation and loyalty.All of above will make a strong fundamental for the the enterprise to development in a long time.The article studied the dometic and internatinal thesis also also combined with JD company actual status,perform to build the index of employee satisfaction,design employee satisafction survey questionaire.Through the questionaire and individual interview,I got the basic data,Throught the satisfic software to analyze the validationa&reliability test and description analysis.At last,proposed the imrovement advices to improve employee satisfaction.The article introduced the research background& meaning,explained the employee satisfaction concepts and the related rearch results through studying the dometic and international thesis.Through introducing the JD company scope,feature,cuture and the sample to define the study scope.In the following,it introduced the the whole process to execute the employees survey,the index system buildup,survey questionare design,validationa & reliability test and description analysis.Then it analyzed the survey results including different dimensions,years survey results,the highest&lowest survey r esults and so on.At last,it made the action plan and the execution process,and identify the core items including compensation&benefit,training&development,communication and customer focus to propose the impro vement strategy.Through the research,it can help JD company to clarify the actual issues in Human Resource management,meanwhile it can make all the employees understand that each employee's feedback is very important for the management to make decision.Through the findings,JD company can concentrate the limited resource to focuse these core items.It should be very important for JD company to improve employee satisfaction and it can be benefi cial to other manufacturing companies.
