As a sunrise industry in the national economy,insurance industry has played an indispensable role in the stability and development of the national economy after years of rapid growth.With the increasing market of property insurance market,the competition of insurance industry is becoming increasingly fierce.Based on the insurance market,the agency industry can't be good at itself in the competition of the insurance market.Only relying on the advantages of channels,it can't satisfy the different needs of customers,resulting in lower customer satisfaction.It can be said that generally low customer satisfaction is a serious obstacle to the development of the industry.The study of customer satisfaction in our country started late.It was not until the 1990 s that Tsinghua University organized the research work to establish a user satisfaction index in China.In 2002,Tsinghua University put forward a Chinese customer satisfaction index model according to China's national conditions.Subsequently,the retail industry,product manufacturing industry and service industry have carried out customer satisfaction studies in different industries according to this model.But up to now,there is still a lack of research on the evaluation of customer satisfaction in insurance industry or insurance agency industry.To this end,through the study of the related theory of customer satisfaction and the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad,this paper determines the research ideas and research methods,combines the characteristics of the insurance industry and the customer satisfaction status of TY company,establishes the customer satisfaction model and index evaluation system of TY company,and carries out a targeted inquiry in Hebei province.The paper investigates the service focus of TY Company and the problems existing in the customer satisfaction of TY Company.Through the comprehensive and detailed analysis of the factors influencing the customer satisfaction of TY Company,the paper finally determines the promotion strategy and service improvement direction of customer satisfaction and enhances the competitiveness of TY Company in the market.The modeling ideas,research methods and management suggestions of this paper have certain reference value for other insurance agency companies or intermediary industries.
