As countries enhance the support to the small micro enterprise in recent years,small micro enterprise development momentum is swift and violent,to our country economic growth,increase employment opportunities,etc,all have made great contribution.As the coal storage in our country is relatively rich countries,coal is so intertwined with all aspects of economic development in our country are,for the sake of efficient use of coal resources,environmental protection,in recent years,focusing on the coal coking equipment,products of small miniature trade enterprises set up quickly,especially in Dalian,Qingdao and other coastal cities offer the numerous coal coking small trade enterprises.With further deepening of the reform of market economy,how to adapt to the development and changes of internal and external circumstances,to keep the staff to pay higher satisfaction,keep the compensation incentive,attract and retain talents become the priority of many enterprises.In order to study the Dalian coal coking small trade enterprise employees' pay satisfaction,through to the target enterprise employees questionnaires,and worker interviews,an investigation about the present situation of salary satisfaction of the target enterprise.Through analysis of survey data found that Dalian coal coking small trade enterprises pay satisfaction generally is not high,the employee performance appraisal to the enterprise is a strong sense of injustice.Single salary structure of enterprises,lack of welfare and bonus system,the employees lack of appeal,and did not give full play to the compensation incentive.In addition,the enterprise needs to construction related training mechanism and feedback channels,compensation by scientific and fair appraisal mechanism,actively listen to the heart-felt wishes of the employees,to do a good job of communication with employees.In Dalian coal coking small trade enterprises to understand the present situation and problems of salary satisfaction,combined with the actual situation,analyzes the problems and reasons,and gives concrete countermeasures and Suggestions to improve employee satisfaction.
