Along with the intense competition and rapid change, more and more attention is being paid by the enterprise management and HR managers to the employee satisfaction. The fact has been realized by the enterprise management that all of the business strategies, products production and R&D, marketing schemes shall have to be brought up into realities by its employees eventually. Therefore, the employee's mental experience about the operation and management situation of the enterprise, the internal workflow and other aspects of the enterprise operation system shall surely have direct impact on the employee's working status and in turn influence the achievement of the enterprise business goal and customer satisfaction. So, arousing the employee's initiative is indeed one of the key factors to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. For small-sized private enterprises, as the number of employees is small, and most of the resources such as core technologies are under the control of a few key employees, the resignation or going away of such employees shall surely bring up critical losses to the enterprise. Hence, the employee satisfaction will determine the existence and development of a small-sized enterprise as well as the fate and future of the enterprise. Only by increasing the employee satisfaction and loyalty shall the internal management level be heightened and the competitiveness of the enterprise be enhanced.This text surrounds the small-sized enterprise how to promote employee satisfaction through theoretical and practical researches. The paper also investigates and analyzes the employee satisfaction of ZH Company through Questionnaire investigation and interview. By the survey efforts we come to the conclusion that the overall degree of employee satisfaction in ZH Company is AVERAGE while for the dimensionality of working return the score ranks the lowest, and remarkable differences between positions are observed.On the basis of the our survey and analysis, the following measurements are suggested for ZH Company: improving remuneration system, improving training system, strengthening of employees' career planning, establishing promotion mechanism, implementing business information system, enhancing efforts to shape a employee-oriented corporate culture.
