Chinese automobile industry was truly stepping into the quick-speed developing period after the policy's executing of opening and reform. In the 21st century, it was coming into the high-speed expansion stage after joint ventures and cooperation between the Sino-Foreign automobile corporations. Having been the pattern of import-absorption platform, nowadays self-directed auto industry in China has resulted in a considerable scale and the market occupancy is increasing year by year. After more than a decade's developing, Company C, as a status of leadership in Chinese self-directed auto industry, has ranked into the Top 6th position in the domestic market. On the basis of this optimistic situation, how to expand larger market occupancy, to obtain the competition strengths and to survive in the fierce competition, are very important questions towards to the Company C. On the basis of sufficient investigation and analysis, combining to the interior and exterior invariable surroundings and applying the correlation theory of strategic management, this thesis takes the Company C for a model and illustrates objectively the developing strategies using the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis. And it can be used for reference to some similar enterprises.This thesis includes sixth chapters. In the chapter 1st, it introduces the Company C's development history and has a brief introduction about the study purposes, meanings, principles, methods and ways of thinking. In the chapter 2nd, it illustrates the correlation theory of strategic management and the situation of study and using of strategic management in China. In the chapter 3rd and 4th, it discusses the factors of exterior and interior surroundings, using the AHP method to analyze the characteristics of these factors. In the chapter 5th, it can be concluded some alternative schemes with the SWOT analysis method and can be concluded truly developing strategy for Company C by using the QSPM to evaluate the alternative schemes. In the chapter 6th, lastly, it illustrates the developing strategy plan of Company C and supporting measures for these strategies.In the content of thesis it takes the theory research, demonstration research, and mold research to study. Theory research mainly includes strategic theory research, surroundings scan research, strategy-formulating research etc. On the basis of statistical date analysis, the demonstration research takes the Company C for model to conclude the specific assumption outcome. The mold research includes the methods of AHP, EFE, IFE, SWOT, QSPM and so on.
