Area Between The Floating Population

At present, the country is undergoing rapid urbanization development period. Due to the rural thrust and attractive of cities, more and more rural population choose to leave rural areas and pour into the cities looking for employment opportunity and development space. Migrants have made big contributions to urban economy, society and culture, but the problem of their basic living space has not been effectively solved. Researching and proposing relevant policy for the residential conditions and environmental of the floating population in urban fringe has the profound theoretical and practical sense. In view of this, through the analysis of the living conditions and problems of the floating population in Beijing analysis, this paper try to discuss the ideas and measures to solve this problem from the perspective of regional economics.The seven chapters of the essay are as follows:Chapter 1:this part describes the background and significance of this thesis. Under the rapid development of urbanization, the floating population of the city promote the prosperity and development of economic, social and cultural, but the existing urban housing security system is not perfect, besides, the living conditions the floating population are worrisome. Therefore, the analysis of urban floating population living condition and the corresponding countermeasures research on that basis has a profound realistic meaning and theoretical significance.Chapter 2:this part makes a review on the theory of floating population at home and abroad and some representative literatures of living condition to explore the theoretical basis for this reference.Chapter 3:this part makes specific analysis of the status and characteristics of the floating population in Beijing, using statistical data from the demographic characteristics, economic characteristics and current status.Chapter 4:this part analyzes the impact of migrant housing supply and demand factors, the rental housing situation and characteristics of mobile population in Beijing, and describes the trend of the habitation of the floating population in Beijing.Chapter 5:this part reviews the evolution of the floating population residential and management policy in Beijing, and makes concrete analysis of the problem in the floating population residential and management.Chapter 6:this part proposes countermeasure to solve the floating population problem in Beijing respectively from policy, economy and culture.Chapter 7:this part concludes with the main minds of the paper.
