| With the large number of floating population entering the city,the form of employment is becoming more and more flexible,and the endowment insurance problem of the floating population has been widely concerned.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the insured situation,influencing factors and government countermeasures of floating population pension in Baotou.Through qualitative and quantitative research,we find the factors that may affect the insurance participation of the group and provide reference for the related system design.This paper is based on the 2016 Baotou City floating population dynamic monitoring survey data,using two logistic regression analysis of influencing factors model of floating population in Baotou city endowment insurance,through different personal factors,economic factors and employment factors of floating population variables to explain the results of regression analysis,comparison of special points of flexible employment of floating population insured factors the main way to participate in endowment insurance,through the analysis of foreign experience and domestic and international transfer pension insurance relationship,obtained the enlightenment.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Baotou City,the relevant measures to implement the reform of the household registration system;improve the overall level,to develop a more comprehensive insurance,transferring and receiving treatment policy;establish each person's identification and national endowment insurance information system network;break geographical barriers,floating population within group differences,to provide accurate public service the floating population;strengthen the awareness of participation,publicity and administrative supervision parallel to protect their legitimate rights and interests;to attract high-quality personnel in different places to give appropriate preferential policies put forward beneficial suggestions and Countermeasures to solve the problem of the six angles. |
