Since the 1980s,the home ownership rate of urban residents in China has been on the rise.In the three decades since 2010,the home ownership rate in China has nearly tripled.However,the young population has gradually become the "sandwich layer" of the housing group in China,unable to fully enjoy the welfare guaranteed by the government and fearful of the rising housing price.Although the young floating population has a strong desire to develop in the city,it is still impossible for the floating population to buy a house in the city due to multiple factors such as housing price and income.At the same time,there are also many problems in China's leasing market,such as messy housing supply,private transaction and loose management methods.Therefore,this paper studies the willingness of young floating population to buy houses and selects five characteristic factors for data analysis,hoping to provide a reasonable basis for the government to formulate relevant policies and guide the real estate market correctlyThis paper takes the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in China in 2016 as the research data,takes the young floating population in the destination as the research object,and studies the willingness of the young floating population to buy houses.According to the data,five kinds of influencing factors are summarized,including personal characteristics,employment characteristics,economic characteristics,social integration characteristics and regional characteristics.Age,gender,marital status,household register,the education level,professional type,unit properties,housing accumulation fund,family income,family housing,defined the intend to reside in,the establishment of health records,housing property,flow area,and the flow range,15 variables for the assignment and the establishment of the index system.Statistical samples were analyzed by software,and the housing status and characteristic factors of young floating population were summarized for descriptive analysis.All variables were gradually incorporated into the binary logistic model to obtain the correlation and significance of factors influencing the willingness of young floating population to buy houses.Through model analysis,this paper concludes that the overall performance of the young floating population's willingness to buy a house is not willing to buy a house,and the young floating population with the intention to buy a house is less than 20 percent of the young floating population without the intention to buy a house.Among the young floating population who are willing to buy houses,most of them still choose to buy houses in the destination.For the young floating population whose registered residence is lower than the municipal level,only a small part of them are willing to buy houses As for the influencing factors of housing purchase intention,education level and occupation type have the most obvious influence on housing purchase intention.Young floating population receiving good education and having an excellent job have a direct influence on their housing purchase intention.Secondly,from the perspective of social integration of the young floating population and the destination,the housing status and the willingness of the young floating population to settle down also show a strong correlation with the willingness of the young floating population to buy houses.From the grouping regression of the model,it can be seen that there is regional difference in the willingness of young floating population to buy houses,and the overall expression is that the influence factors of young floating population flowing into the eastern region are the most significant correlation.It can be seen that young floating population pursues to buy houses in regions with developed political and economic resourcesIn view of the housing problem of the young floating population,this paper,based on the research results,puts forward relevant improvement measures and Suggestions from the perspectives of improving the youth security housing,standardizing the rental market,optimizing the household registration management and enhancing the social integration of the young floating population.
