The Present Situation Of The Employment Of Floating Population In Shihezi City

With China’s regional economic development, as one of the important factors, labor plays an important role; floating population has big influence to the whole society and overall economy. Laboring population flow between different regions and industries are affected by many factors. At the same time, the transient population of the workforce made deep impact on the different regions and industries. Because of the further development of the urbanization, influx population has its particularity, it’s affected by various factors, the challenge of employment and opportunity are constantly changing, constant adjustment to the public policy will have an affect on the structure of employment and job prospects, it has been a popular researching field.Based on the combination of theory and practice, this paper combined Chinese test data and field survey data, it carries on a further analysis and study on various perspective issues of influx population in Shihezi City, Which can provide reference for establishment of employment policy in Shihezi city.The materials in this paper provide theoretical basis and framework which are mainly from book periodicals and network, mainly analyze materials come from questionnaire. Analyzing flow state of labor in Shihezi City by questionnaire survey and pay attention to link this research with practice. This paper was divided in five parts. Chapter one is a brief introduction, including research background and meaning, literature review, the scope of discussion, the issues, framework, research methods and the inadequacies in this paper. The second chapter is the research on influx population employment that mainly introduced the flux population employment theories and research method. The third chapter analysis the historical developing evolution, basic situation, the employment status and labor market demand of influx population in Shihezi city, thus summed up the characteristics of influx population in Shihezi city, it’s the matting for the article. The forth chapter analysis the existing issues of Shihezi influx population from several aspects: education levels、choice of employment、revenue、the consciousness of maintaining rights、the system of employment、The market and social security system.
