The Research On The Situation Of The Library Knowledge Transfer

Along with the arrival of intellectual economy times, the knowledge plays a more and more important role in the social life, and the knowledge type talented person has become the most precious resource. As an important distribution center of knowledge, because the knowledge is updated day by day and people's demand for new knowledge, the library's role as the knowledge transfer is more and more prominent. The process and effect of library knowledge transfer is influenced by various factors. In addition to the effect of the characteristics of knowledge, the body of knowledge, knowledge transfer channels and transfer methods, knowledge transfer situation is another important factor. In order to effectively meet the knowledge needs of many users and provide users with better knowledge service, the library must understand its knowledge transfer context situation, eliminate adverse effects and optimization various contextual factors to ensure the smooth conduct of library knowledge transfer.The research content of this paper is divided into six parts:The first chapter is the introduction part. The third chapter and the forth chapter are the core part of the thesis. The third chapter illustrates the situation of the library knowledge transfer from its three types. The forth chapter illustrates the affection of the various contextual factors to the specific process of library knowledge transfer. The fifth chapter based on the third chapter, combined with the present situation of library, proposes the optimization strategy of the library knowledge transfer situation. The sixth chapter is the conclusion part. It makes a summary of this paper and put forward the prospect for the future.
