As one of important parts of the test technology, The technology of virtual instrument breaks through the limits of traditional technology in such fields as data acquisition, data processing, data displaying and data storage. So, it has a very extensive application in modern testing technology. The paper brings forward the overall plan of the test system based on the basis of virtual instrument. The design adopts moduladzation method, completes hardware lectotype and software modularization design of the systemThe gyroscope's application scope is quite widespread, it has an important position both in the modernized national defense development and the national economy construction. Gyroscope rotor vibration caused by deviation of mass center and non-deviation of mass center, mass migration can be eliminated by balancing, non-mass migration is mostly caused by bearing (especially the ball-bearing), non-mass migration can't be eliminated by dynamic balancing. Large influence may be produced by large vibration gyroscope used in this system.Along with science unceasing development, people's requests to gyroscope have become much higher. The paper designs a gyroscope system of vibration analysis and fault diagnosis system, based on virtual instrument analysis theory and testing methods. The system is designed on Lab VIEW workbench. The system of two major hardware and software and hardware from the main data acquisition card, computer and printer components; software in the Windows environment using Lab VIEW virtual instrument software developed, including the main data acquisition modules, waveform display, time-domain analysis And frequency domain analysis module, reading and writing and printing plate modules and fault diagnosis module, and so on, at the same time be able to collect from the three-channel signal, respectively, for time-domain analysis and frequency domain analysis. Greatly facilitate the data collection and tests. With traditional instruments, it hands an friendly interface,simple and strong performance, etc. because of it's clear, easy to use, and instrument development than the traditional low-cost, and easy to upgrade, so at the vibration measurement and analysis and fault diagnosis and many other fields has a wide application prospect.
