Nowadays with the development of auto mobile manufacturing, auto electronic devices increasing and increasing demands of auto comfort, security, energy saving and artificial intelligence, the traditional dials and alarming devices cannot meet the demands of auto innovations.Of the main bus techniques, along with their development domestically and internationally, this article is focused on CAN bus which is most widely used nowadays. Meantime, with the use of electronics technology, control technology, senser technology and computing technology, with DSP (made by TI) as micro-controller, we have developed the data collecting of automobile dashboards system based upon DSP. The wide use of fieldbus technology updates the reliability and our user can increase or decrease nodes accordingly with changing the hardwares.Being full of outer porters and capable of fast computing and processing, DSP could meet the demands of the system. Further more, by adjusting the circuit parameters to the demands of variable products, it makes the automobile dashboards standardized, generalized and modularized so as to make the manufacture much simpler. The data collected by each simple node is transferred to micro-control for processing, and the result is displayed on LCD as well being saved and maintained. Finally,μC/OS-Ⅱsystem is transplanted into DSP so as to make all functions work better, which meets the demands.All in all, auto dial panel being as the platform between the driver and the car itself, plays an important role on auto security and driving.
