Along with the development of information technology and the global economy, China has gradually become a car production and sales of power, at the same time, consumer demand for cars is becoming more and more high. The former of the mass production of the popularization of cars is no longer suitable for the demand of the market now, more and more consumers prefer personalized design, which requires the automakers to response the market demand, timely and car sales of Jiangling management system is under this kind of demand.Through the study of the whole car sales process of Jiangling, we understand the whole process of the automobile sales business of Jiangling that is divided into five aspects:the contract of sale management, order management, warehouse management, financial management business with customer and dealer inventory information management business. Through the analysis of the sales contract management and optimization, we clearly understand the business mainly distributors and manufacturers in the contract and other related businesses. Through the analysis of the order management and optimization, we understand the system of order management business operation process is first reported dealer orders, factory audit, and carry on the corresponding production line and start outbound. Through business analysis and optimization of warehouse management, understand the whole warehouse outbound and inbound orders vehicles. Through analyzing financial information management and optimization, learned about the capital operation of the company’s business orders. Through analyzing the dealer inventory and customer information business, understand the dealer inventory management and customer information management process. Finally, the analysis of system data, to understand related control classes involved in the system, and design the system database.After the system of Jiangling push online, the agency can design their own car, and hand the order to car makers directly through the system of Jiangling. Car makers can rapid response market needs through the system of Jiangling, though using flexible production technology for the rapid assembly order vehicles, at the same time the car marks also can reduce the inventory of car makers and achieve lower costs.
